About
After working in international management in a corporate environment for twenty years, Katharina left the business world to fully focus on practicing and teaching Ayurveda. She is excited to bring the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda into the modern world (in a modern way).
Having a background in international business herself, Katharina understands the pressures and time commitments required of professionals and families in the current times. She provides Ayurvedic solutions tempered with that understanding.
Katharina lives and practices in Oakland and loves to spend her free time sailing on the bay. She also loves music and playing classical piano.
